Robert is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) UK, Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), holds an MBA of Edinburg Business School, UK and a B.Com Degree from Makerere University. He is a Public Financial Management expert with over 20 years experience and  extensive knowledge in the development, implementation and running of accounting, auditing ,  and  financial reporting systems and software packages both in the public and private sector, he is also experienced in developing and strengthening the capacity  of various governments in the management  and sustainability of the IFMIS  implementations and other associated Public Financial Management Reforms including; Implementation of Financial Management Systems across Africa in countries such as Uganda, The Gambia, Liberia and Rwanda.
